Rice Krispie treats with sprinkles are your childhood classic tarted up with a crushed cookies and drizzled with white chocolate.

Ingredients
½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
10-oz bag miniature marshmallows (plus extra or topping)
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon salt
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
½ cup rainbow sprinkles (plus 2 Tablespoons for garnish) Where to buy sprinkles.
½ cup white chocolate, melted (optional garnish)
¼ cup Golden Oreos - crushed (optional garnish)

How to Make Sprinkle Rice Krispie Treats
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat then stir in the vanilla and a pinch of salt
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth then remove from heat
- Gently fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated
- Stir in sprinkles. Be careful to not over mix or the coloring from the sprinkles will bleed and could lead to a batch of gray treats.
- Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined pan and press it firmly into an even layer using your hands or a spatula
- Optional: drizzle melted white chocolate over the top and add extra sprinkles and crushed cookies.
- Let the bars set until firm then slice and enjoy

Recipe Notes
Do not over mix when you're adding the sprinkles to the crispy rice mixture or you'll end up with gray treats.
Just add the sprinkles and lightly stir.
Make Ahead and Storage
These treats are best served and eaten the day you make them. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Do not refrigerate your crispy cereal treats. Refrigerating can dry out your treats.

Sprinkle Rice Krispie Treats are just like your regular cirspy rice treats only elevated with sprinkles and crushed Golden Oreo cookies and drizzled with white chocolate..
Ingredients
- ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 10-oz bag miniature marshmallows (plus extra or topping)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- ½ cup rainbow sprinkles (plus some for garnish)
- ½ cup white chocolate, melted (optional garnish)
- ¼ cup Golden Oreos - crushed (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Stir in vanilla and salt.
- Lower heat add 10 oz of mini marshmallows to the pot, stirring frequently until fully melted.
- Remove the pot from the heat. Stir in the rice krispies cereal and the sprinkles until well incorporated with the marshmallow mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press down using a rubber spatula to form an even layer.
- Allow the treats to cool at room temperature.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 20 to 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Remove the bars from the pan and set on a cutting board or clean surface. Drizzle with the melted white chocolate. Immediately top with the crushed Oreos, extra sprinkles, and extra marshmallows.
- Let the white chocolate harden before slicing into bars.
- Serve and enjoy!
