Recipe Notes
Don't over bake these cookies or they'll get tough and crunchy.
They may still appear slightly damp when you pull them out of the oven. Let them rest for five minutes before removing them from the baking sheet.
Remember, even if they don't seem quite done yet, cookies continue baking for a minute or two on the baking sheet.
Also note that you need to pay attention to the ounces listed on the brownie mix you buy.
The number of ounces will determine how much flour you need to add to the mix to make the cookies.

MM Brownie Cookies

M&M Brownie Cookies are quick and easy and also probably the chocolateiest cookies you'll ever eat!
Ingredients
- Two large eggs
- 18-ounce or 18.4 ounce brownie mix (I used Pillsbury)
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tablespoon water
- ½ cup M&M candies
Instructions
Beat eggs with a whisk in a large mixing bowl.
Empty package of brownie mix into the bowl.
Add ½ cup flour, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract , 1 Tablespoon water, ¼ cup vegetable or canola oil, ½ cup chocolate chips to bowl of brownie mix and eggs.
Stir together until combined, about two minutes. No white streaks from the flour should remain but don't over mix.
Portion brownie batter dough into balls using a #40 scoop or two teaspoons.
Position on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for 11 to 12 minutes.
Notes
Leave cookies on baking sheet for five minutes before moving to a wire rack.
Brownie mixes come in many sizes.
For a 20-ounce box, you would use ¼ cup flour.
An 18-ounce box of mix would use a ½ cup of flour.
For a 16-ounce box of borwnie mix, increase flour to ¾ cup.
Basically for every two ounce difference in the mix, you'll add an extra ¼ cup of flour.
