What Do You Drink On a Hot Summer Day?

For best hydration, you want to choose drinks that are water-based with naturally refreshing ingredients such as water, herbal tea and fruit and herb infused drinks.

    • cucumber
    • mint leaves
    • lemon
    • lime
    • orange
    • grapefruit
    • watermelon
    • strawberries
    • raspberries
    • blueberries
    • grapes

During hot weather avoid liquids that contain caffeine, sugar and alcohol, which are known to be dehydrating.

Having said that, one of my favorite summer drinks is Cherry Pink Mocktail.
