Have you ever eaten a key lime pie and left the crust in the pie plate? This Key Lime Pie Dip tastes like someone scooped the best part of a key lime pie into a bowl.
It’s cool, creamy, a little bit tangy, and hard to stop eating. Made with just a handful of ingredients—like whipped topping, cream cheese, and Nellie & Joe’s famous key lime juice—it’s the no-bake treat your dessert table didn’t know it needed.
Serve it with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fruit... and maybe keep a spoon nearby just for you.

Ingredients

How to Make Lime Dip with Cream Cheese
A hand mixer works perfectly for this recipe. This is the one I use in my kitchen and recommend if you’re in the market.
Beat a brick of room temperature cream cheese for about two minutes at medium speed or until fluffy.
Add the remaining ingredients beating each one in turn until you have a creamy, smooth dip.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I serve with key lime dip?
Graham crackers, vanilla wafers, shortbread cookies, and fresh fruit. Or try cinnamon sugar pita chips or chocolate graham crackers. This dip is also good with salty foods like pretzels, pretzel chips and crackers.
Key Lime Pie Dip would also be great along side Fruit Skewers.
Can I use homemade whipped cream instead of store-bought whipped topping?
You can but the dip may not hold up as long as it would with whipped topping. Try whipped cream that lasts.
Can I freeze this dip?
Technically yes, but the texture may change once thawed. For best results, stick to refrigerating and eating within 3–4 days.
