How to Make No Bake Bird's Nest Cookies
You'll make a batch of cereal mix, peanuts and pretzels sticks, coat it in white chocolate or almond bark then form the mixture into tiny nests using a mini muffin tin.
Let the nests finish drying then add whatever tiny candies you want to the nest's cavities.

Ingredients for Bird Nest Cookies

- 6 cups Golden Graham cereal
- 3 cups pretzel sticks
- 3 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 24 ounce Almond Bark Vanilla Flavored Candy Coating
- 9 ounce mini Cadbury eggs (or other mini egg candy)
Kitchen Tools You'll Need
- Large mixing bowl
- medium microwaveable bowl
- Spatula
- Mini Muffin Tin (to help with nest formation)
- Microwave (You could also make these on the stovetop if you don't have a microwave).

Bird's Nest Cookies (No-Bake)

Bird's Nest Cookies are the perfect, sweet, crunchy no-bake treat for your Easter celebration.
Ingredients
- 6 cups Golden Graham cereal
- 3 cups pretzel sticks
- 3 cups dry roasted peanuts
- 24 ounce Almond Bark Vanilla Flavored Candy Coating
- 9 ounce mini Cadbury eggs (or other mini egg candy)
Instructions
Pour golden graham cereal, pretzel sticks, and peanuts in a large bowl and mix together.
Line muffin tins with paper baking cups.
Add almond bark or white chocolate to a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 60 seconds and stir.
Continue to heat in increments of 15 seconds until smooth.
Once the almond bark is smooth, add to the cereal mixture.
Stir until completely coated.
Scoop mixture into muffin tins lined with paper baking cups.
Form a nest by creating a hole in the center and pressing the sides of the mixture against he mini muffin tin caviities.
Work quickly focusing on making a hole in the center of the nest for your eggs.
Once ithe mixture begins to harden, carefully remove the nests from the paper liner and place the candy eggs inside.
Notes
Make sure the bowl you're using to melt the almond bark or white chocolate is clean.
Be sure to stir thoroughly to help avoid almond bark and white chocolate from burning.
