Sugar Cookie Fudge
This faux fudge as it were, is good, but it does give off play doh vibes so know that going in.
Your children will probably gobble it up.
You? Maybe not so much unless you have a really serious sweet tooth.
The great thing about this recipe is that you can make it start to finish in a sauce pot before you pour it in an 8x8 square pan lined with parchment paper.

Ingredients
- White chocolate melting wafers
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Sugar cookie mix
- Butter
- Vanilla Extract
- Sprinkles

How to Make Sugar Cookie Fudge
Melt together white chocolate disks OR almond bark, sweetened condensed milk, butter and vanilla extract in a pot over low to medium heat.
Pour in a small package of dry sugar cookie mix once you have the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk melted together.
Stir candy before pouring into parchment-lined 8x8 pan.
Use office binder clips to hold the parchment paper securely in place the pan.
Before the fudge sets up, shower sprinkles over the top.
The fudge will set up within an hour but it might take a little longer for it to cool completely.
Once cool, slice the fudge into rectangles using a sharp knife or a bench scraper.
Slice the candy into rectangles and then cut those into squares.

Ingredients
- 2 cups white chocolate disks (I used Ghirardelli melting wafers)
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened, condensed milk
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanila extract
- 6.25 ounces sugar cookie mix (about 1-¼ cups)
Instructions
Melt together white chocolate disks, sweetened condensed milk, butter and vanilla extract in a sauce pot over low heat stirring regularly.
Be sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the pot.
Pour in a small package of dry sugar cookie mix once you have the white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk melted together.
Stir sugar cookie fudge mixture before pouring into parchment-lined 8x8 pan.
The fudge will set up within an hour but it might take a little longer for it to cool completely.
Before the fudge sets up, shower sprinkles over the top.
Slice the fudge into rectangles using a sharp knife or a bench scraper.
Slice rectangles of sugar cookie fudge into squares.
Notes
This is an easy "faux" fudge that can be made in one pot.
You want a small package of sugar cookie mix. It will be the one in the envelope.
