Ingredients Needed
- Miniature marshmallows
- Chocolate chips OR miniature chocolate bars
- Sweetened condensed milk (not shown)
- Miniature graham cracker pie crusts
- Graham cracker crumbs (optional for garnish)

How to Make Miniature S'mores Pies
So you're basically just layering the ingredients and then either baking them in an oven for about ten at minutes at 350° OR heating in an air fryer for three minutes at 350°.
- Put chocolate in the bottom of each miniature graham cracker crust.
- Pour 1.5 teaspoons of sweetened, condensed milk on top of the chocolate in each pie.
- Warm the chocolate up in the oven for a couple of minutes before topping with miniature marshmallows and putting back in the oven to finish baking.
- That gives the chocolate, especially if you're using chocolate chips, a chance to get all melty before the marshmallows over roast.
- Remove from heat and cool briefly before enjoying.

S'mores Mini Pies
Elevate your dessert game with tiny s'mores pies featuring a crunchy graham cracker crust, milk chocolate chips, and gooey mini marshmallows roasted to perfection in your oven or air fryer.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup of miniature marshmallows per pie so ¾ cup for three pies
- 1 tablespoons chocolate chips each pie OR 3 miniature chocolate bars per pie
- 1.5 teaspoons sweetened condensed milk per pie
- 3 Miniature graham cracker pie crusts
- 1-2 tablespoons of graham cracker crumbs (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Remove miniature graham cracker crusts from package.
- Layer a tablespoon of chocolate chips in each pie crust or mini chocolate chocolate bars if you're using.
- Pour 1.5 teaspoons of sweetened condensed milk on top of the chocolate.
- At this point, give the chocolate in the pies a head start in melting by either heating them in the oven at 350° for 3 minutes OR for one minute in the air fryer at 350°.
- Remove pies from oven and top with mini marshmallows. Return to oven or air fryer--the oven for 5 to 7 minutes or the air fryer for 2 to three minutes.
- Pies are done when the marshmallows puff up and are golden brown.
- Remove and let cool briefly.
Notes
You don't have to use sweetened condensed milk if you don't have any but it helps to "glue" the chocolate, marshmallow and graham cracker crust together.
These are best served right after making them.
I don't recommend freezing or refrigerating.
