Here's my game plan:
Leftovers (the teenager is camping so I have cooking respite)
Grilling steaks, Italian sausage (for sandwiches) and making mashed potatoes (the teen returns)
Steak quesadillas (using leftovers) and guacamole
Shrimp ceviche and cucumbers
Pizza
