When I was in high school, I took a class specifically on journaling and it was So Much Fun. Or at least it was for me since I'm a writer. But I suspect it will be fun for you too. Because everyone likes taking inventory of the little things and the big things, right? I haven't kept a journal--other than a log of my yoga practice--since my son was born 15 years ago :). So when I stumbled upon the 52 Lists Project book, a year of weekly journaling inspiration by Moorea Seal, I thought it would be one way to inspire both me and you, dear reader, to reflect.

List the Things That Motivate You
- Yoga
- Meditation
- Espresso
- Music
- the Color Pink
- Mani/Pedis
- A good book
- a fridge full of food ready to be made into meals, like pizza dough, bread, cheese, veggies, meat

I include a photo of my handwritten list because I need handwriting practice! I spend much of my life on a keyboard these days whether laptop or iphone. There is nothing so precious to me as handwriting on cards and notes from loved ones who've passed. So I want to keep my hand in it, so to speak.
