Hello! How are you? What's up for your weekend?
If you do nothing else this weekend, go to your farmer’s market, buy a few handfuls of garlic scapes and make garlic scape pesto.
Or get whatever vegetables they have and make a beautiful stir fry.
Toss the sauteed vegetables over a bowl of pasta or a bowl of lettuce or a grilled chicken breast.
Or, if you can't get to the farmer's market, make a batch of salsa using a can of diced tomatoes.
Don’t do what I did last weekend and accidentally buy fresh beets aka the dirt veg thinking they were radishes. 🙄

Cat TV ~ Mice in The Jerry Mouse Hole 🐭 8 HOURS 🐭
We discovered that our cat, Father Floyd, who gives new meaning to the phrase “house hunter” LOVES this video.
He’s convinced that the mouse in the living room with him.
This isn’t an every day activity. We don’t want to make him neurotic.
And if TV isn’t good for children, it certainly can’t be good for cats.
But it’s so much fun to watch him watching the screen.
Sometimes he sits intently staring at it.
Sometimes Floyd, aka, le chat noir (the black cat) stretches out on the floor like a child might watching Saturday morning cartoons.
