Hi,
Happy Friday. Just popping in to share three yoga practices I did this week that I think you would enjoy also.
I did other practices on Yoga International but I’m not sure whether or not to share those because you can only do four practices a month on YI unless you have a subscription.

These videos are from my favorite Youtube yoga teacher, Yoga By Candace.
This first video, a 20 minute Yoga Flow for Upper Body & Strength, is a good example of why I like Candace’s videos so much.
She explains the poses in the practice and gives tips for alignment–both what to do and what not to do.
The Funky Vinyasa Flow Yoga is just fun.
This Yoga for Arm Strength is one of a few yoga videos that Candace has that are short–about ten minutes long and totally focused on poses for arm strength.
This one is a particular favorite because it goes fast. You do some side planks and push ups after doing these arm lifts with a cork block.
Also, do you know the difference between a cork block and a foam block?
Both are essential for a well-rounded practice.
