Hello and welcome to Day 27 Skip Meals
I give you this tip partly in jest because skipping meals isn’t terribly healthy. You do need nutrients to function and be a useful member of society. However, if you forget to bring a lunch, think about skipping lunch instead of heading through a drive-through.
I did this today. I had a project I had to get finished for work and I forgot to bring my lunch. I was going to run out and grab something but time got away from me while I was working. Pretty soon it was after 2 so I decided to starve and eat dinner as soon as I got home. Sure this isn’t a long term plan but it could save you $5 or $10 or more on a day by day basis.
