Will you be serving buffalo wings at your Super Bowl party?
Crispy, spicy buffalo hot wings are one of my favorite things to eat, especially dunked into a thick bleu cheese dip. That snack always reminds of the best days of college when there was no work, no school, just hours to kill at a dive bar with deep-fried appetizers, icy beer and lots of conversation and laughter.
I’ve found that wing fans are fussy about their chicken. They like their wings crispy but may favor one sauce over another. Customize wings for your party guests by making batches of your own at home.
Here is all you need to know to make delicious, crispy wings just like your favorite dive bar. (the secret ingredients include a shake with salt and a bit of baking powder) plus leaving the wings overnight in the fridge uncovered to dry out before making them.
Don’t want to make dozens of wings? Make a buffalo chicken wing dip instead.

p.s. you’ll want lots and lots of paper towels and baby wipes for sticky fingers.
